Nutrition

The basic philosophy of nutritional therapy is simple: The myriad of health problems that plague our modern world result from weaknesses in the body’s foundations.

This is a result due to:

  1. Something in the body that should not be there (such as an infection or a parasite)
  2. Something in the body that should be there and isn’t (such as deficiencies)
  3. One or more systems in our body are not working properly

A Master Nutrition Therapist’s job is to help reverse the ill effects on the body from poor nutritional habits, and reverse any deficiencies while supporting the basic foundations of your body. We will together design a meal plan, with minimal supplementation, that best suits your life to reach your optimal health.

Follow-up Visits

Because change takes time, a long term chronic condition may require more time and patience to improve. We will figure that out together.

Each package is tailored to each individual because we are all different. I don’t have a one-size fits all approach. Some people need to go slow and make changes in increments and some are ready to clean out the kitchen tomorrow and change everything. Making dietary changes is not a race and we need to be practical within our modern day, busy lives. I meet each person where they are in their life and help guide them through their health issues and concerns.

Which package is right for you?

Although all wellness minded doctors appreciate the importance of proper diet and nutritional supplementation, it is often very difficult for them to do the proper evaluation and dietary counseling necessary to support optimal healing. Master Nutrition Therapists are trained to work alongside these practitioners either in their offices or in private practice to support the doctors’ diagnosis and other therapies.

I will help you change your relationship with food. Without a doubt, my passion is to help clients on their journey to restoring balance and supporting their bodies systems to improve overall health. Giving you the freedom from food and weight concerns.

Cancelled Appointments:

In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel an appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice by phone in order for me to offer that slot to another client. You may also choose to have the session over the phone. If you do not give a 24 hour notice, please be advised that you will be charged for the full session price. I am committed to you and your treatment and your commitment and participation is equally important.

Late Appointments:

If your day gets away from you and you are going to be late please call me before your appointment to let me know. Although if you are going to be more than 15 minutes late on a follow-up appointment, we will need to treat the appointment as a phone consultation.
