The Emotion Code

The Emotion Code is the simplest way to get rid of your emotional baggage, helping you feel freer, happier and healthier!

The technique was created and refined by a chiropractor, Dr. Bradley Nelson, who realized that his patients’ aches and pains were more than just physically based- they were emotional. Dr. Nelson coined the phrase “trapped emotions” – negative energies that become trapped in the body during intense emotional events. Because the body is actually made of pure energy, the negative energy of trapped emotions can exert a damaging force on the body, which worsens over time.

Using Applied Kinesiology and specific questions to your subconscious, as a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner I can identify these trapped emotions that need to be cleared.

The Body Code

Your subconscious mind already has all the answers you seek. Many people think that the conscious mind is the more important part of our existence. In reality, your conscious mind is only 5 to 10% of your entire mind! That conscious part of your mind receives input and analyzes and makes decisions. But it’s strongly influenced by what is going on in your subconscious mind. Your subconscious is 90 to 95% of who you really are! This important part of your brain is constantly archiving and remembering everything going on in and around you. The subconscious mind is like a computer hard drive containing all the information about your body. It also knows exactly what you need to do in order to get well and to be happy, even though you consciously have no idea what this might be!

As a Certified Body Code Practitioner I use specific questioning, Applied Kinesiology and a software system to get to your underlying issues or imbalances causing your illness, health issues or pain.
